Box breathing is one of my favorite breathing exercises. It can minimize stress and decrease feelings of depression. It is so effective that Navy Seals use it to stay calm and increase concentration in extremely tense situations!
Box breathing is a four-step breathing technique during which you breathe in, hold, breathe out, and then hold for the same number of counts throughout.
Usually, the schematic design for this exercise is a box, but this time let’s go for a winter sleigh ride!
The calm and gentle flute sounds will give you an extra boost in reaching the inner balance!
